This tour is ideal for the person who would enjoy a wonderful, relaxed beach vacation, including a vist to a Bounty Island in the Adaman Sea, combined with adventure, history and sightseeing to keep it interesting! Included in this tour is a visit to Bangkok, Thailands capital city, and Ayutthaya which 400 years ago, was Thailand’s capital. You will visit Koh Sok National Park, Khao Lak, Phuket and the Bounty Island of Koh Racha.
Transportation included in this tour consists of air-conditioned minibus, Bangkok to Surat Thani via 2nd class, air conditioned, night train (in the event that the night train is fully booked we will travel via a comfortable night bus,) a boat to Koh Racha, and a VIP, air conditioned night (sleep) bus from Phuket back to Bangkok.
Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok and transfer to your hotel.
Arrive in Thailand via Suvarnabhumi Airport where our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. He will drive you directly to your hotel. The rest of the day you are free to relax, recuperate from your flight and explore the area around your hotel.
Day 2: Bangkok – Free Day.
Today is a free day to relax by the swimming pool, go shopping or exploring on your own. We also offer many wonderful day tours in Bangkok including the very popular bicycle tours or a day tour to Kanchanaburi (the bridge over the River Kwai), for the possibilities, please contact us.
Day 3: Bangkok – Ayutthaya
This morning you will check in at 0730 at the River City Boat pier and complex on the Chao Phraya River. Transfer to boat pier is exclusive. Here we board an air-conditioned bus and are joined by our tour guide. Our first stop is at Bang Pa Inn, King Rama 5’s Summer Palace. The Palace garden consists of many separate gardens, each growing a wide variety of plants and flowers. You will wander through gardens and marvel at different water fountains. This experience will delight your senses.
Our next stop is Ayutthaya. This city was the second capital of Thailand, and lasted about 400 years. The city was destroyed to the Birmese in an ongoing war and King Rama 1 moved to the new capital, Bangkok. We will visit the ruins, and see for ourselves the temples, pagodas and palaces, dating from this era. One amazing highlight of this complex are several beautifully preserved old temples, dating back hundreds of years, and still in use today. One of these temples is Wat Lokayasutharam. This temple houses the oldest reclining Buddha from the Ayutthaya period.
From here we board a luxury cruise boat for a cruise along the Chao Phraya River. Sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of the way of life on this river, all while savoring a delicious Thai lunch. Late in the afternoon we arrive back at the River City Boat pier. Transfer back to the hotel is exclusive.

Day 4: Bangkok
Free day until your transfer to the train station in Bangkok where you will board the 2nd class, air-conditioned sleeping train to Surat Thani.
Day 5: Surat Thani – Khao Sok Jungle Safari
Arriving at the Surat Thani train station, our driver be waiting for you and drive you to The Cliff and River Jungle resort located in Khao Sok National park for the start of your safari. After lunch, we have planned a tubing tour for your enjoyment. Our guide will take you to the river for a tubing experience that is both exhilarating and peaceful, life vets are included.

Day 6: Khao Sok
The Cliff and River Jungle resort offers a couple of nice day trips and you can book these directly with the resort, or take the day to relax and enjoy the swimming pool which is surrounded by jungle.

Day 7: Khao Sok – Khao Lak
After breakfast, our driver will meet you at the resort and take you to your next destination, Khao Lak on the East Coast of Thailand and located on the Adaman Sea. You will find yourself in one of the most ‘picture perfect’ places in Thailand. The rest of the day you are free to enjoy this beautiful location.
Day 8: Khao Lak
Free day to enjoy what this beautiful area has to offer.
Day 9: Khao Lak – Phuket
Free time until our driver meets you for your transfer to your resort on the biggest Island of Thailand, Phuket. Free day to explore Phuket. Our hotel is on Naiharn Beach on the southern tip of the Island. This is a stunning and very quiet beach away from the mass tourism and know as one of the most beautiful in the world.
Day 10: Phuket – Koh Racha
After breakfast, our driver will pick you up for the bus/boat transfer to Ban Raya Resort on Koh Racha. This Bounty Island in the Adaman Sea is known for her beautiful Bays, white-powder sandy beaches, clear blue water and coral reefs.

Day 11: Koh Racha
Enjoy a free day to relax or explore the Island. Your resort offers a beautiful swimming pool, beach bar and a fast internet connection. You could choose to go horseback riding or rent a mountain bike to explore the Island, snorkel or soak up the sun at the beach.
Day 12: Koh Racha
Free day to relax. Your resort is located on the East side of the Island, within a few minutes walking distance to Kare Bay, the perfect place to go snorkeling and enjoy a first-hand look at the coral reef formations. Other beautiful beaches, all within walking distance of your resort, are Batok Beach, Siam Beach and Ter Bay Beach. The resort has a Dive School for those who would like to give diving a try, or those who are experienced divers. The Dive School has scuba equipment to rent to guests.
Day 13: Koh Racha – Phuket
Free time until the middle of the afternoon and your transfer via boat and mini bus back to your hotel on Phuket Island.
Day 14: Phuket – Bangkok
Free time to enjoy Phuket until your transfer to the local bus station for your VIP, air conditioned, sleeping bus back to Bangkok.
Day 15: Bangkok
Upon arrival in Bangkok, the transfer to the hotel is exclusive.
Day 16: Bangkok and transfer to Suvarnabhumi Airport
Free day until your transfer to the Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok for the flight to your destination.
Note:
Nearly all hotels in Thailand have a check- in time of 13:00hrs and check- out time of 12:00hrs.
Extension of your stay on Khao Lak, Phuket, Koh Rach, or an upgrade in the booked hotel, is possible. Please send us your requirements and we are happy to make the changes for you.
You could choose to fly back from Phuket to Bangkok, sometimes this can connect to your flight back to your home destination. The costs calculated are based on the cost of the flight, one extra night in Phuket or Bangkok and a refund for not using the bus ticket. Contact us for more information if you would like to discuss this option, we are happy to assist you.
Due to local conditions, weather, road conditions, detours etc., we may need to change the route and/or hotels. We reserve the right to make these changes if deemed necessary. Ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests and staff is very important to us. It is our intention that the essence of the tour will always be maintained.
Included in the tour
All mentioned meals, entrance fees and transfers as described. Excursions as described are accompanied by a professional English speaking tour guide. Surat Thani to Bangkok via 2nd class, air-conditioned, sleeping train. Should the train be fully booked, we will take a VIP, air-conditioned, night sleep bus. Accommodation is in good, tourist class hotels with daily breakfast and private bathroom.
