Chiang Mai Elephant Friendly tour – can be booked daily. CMTT-003

This tour is designed for the customer who would like to experience and elephant friendly camp. The elephants here are on pension and do not have to work in the riding camps anymore. The camp is situated in a very peaceful and serene area outside of the city.

After breakfast our driver will pick you up in the lobby of the hotel between 08.00 – 08.30 after which we will drive approximately 1 ½ hours south of Chiang Mai through the beautiful and natural landscapes, hills, rice fields and assorted agricultural areas.

After arriving at the Karen village you will meet your guide for the day and the elephants. You will be able to feed these wonderful animals, interact and play with them. Your guide will inform you about the history and behavior of every elephant. Lunch is served in traditional Thai style including fresh fruit. You have an opportunity to take a mud bath with them, walk them to a beautiful waterfall to take a swim with the elephants, bathe and brush your new found friend.

After a great and wonderful day enjoying the natural countryside with our new found friends, it is time to say goodbye to transfer back to Chiang Mai where will arrive to the hotel around 17.30 after an unforgettable day.
